The weekend - a time we should be using for peak relaxation, is oftentimes used as a medium to frustrate and exhaust us - causing anxiety about the week ahead. 

In this episode I share THREE ways to unlock the perfect weekend. A weekend that will leave you so energized and relaxed that  you'll probably give Monday the same enthusiasm as Friday. For the entrepreneurs among us, I discuss how you may feel more guilty about taking a break ...but it's so necessary.
